A refundable security deposit is required before handover, with the amount varying based on the vehicle category and refunded after inspection clearance. We accept bank transfer, online transfer, QR payments, and cash (upon collection).

All rentals include comprehensive insurance coverage (subject to excess), agreed mileage allocation, and standard roadside assistance. Full details will be stated in your rental agreement.
In the event of an accident or damage, an insurance excess amount will apply. Only drivers listed in the rental agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as collected, and refueling charges will apply if the level is lower upon return. Cross-border travel (e.g., Singapore or Thailand) requires prior approval and additional documentation.

We provide professional vehicle delivery and collection services, subject to availability and location. Delivery can be arranged to residential addresses, offices, hotels, airports, and selected transport hubs. Delivery fees may apply depending on distance and timing, and airport-related parking or entry charges may also apply.
During handover, customers must present their original driving license and NRIC or passport, sign the rental agreement, and settle any pending payment or deposit. Our representative will conduct a joint inspection, record existing damages, confirm the fuel level, and provide a vehicle briefing. Customers are encouraged to take photos for documentation. The primary renter must be present at the time of handover unless prior written approval has been arranged.

Extensions are subject to availability, and we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any penalties. Late returns without prior arrangement may incur additional hourly or daily charges.
Upon vehicle return, the vehicle condition will be inspected, fuel level verified, and any outstanding charges finalized. The refundable deposit will be processed after clearance. Waiting charges may apply if you are late for delivery or collection beyond the agreed time, and we appreciate punctual coordination.
